Job Overview:

As a Productivity Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining processes and automating tasks. Your primary focus will be on building and managing a comprehensive knowledge base using Notion and possibly HubSpot. You will leverage AI technologies across platforms to facilitate better data flow and maximize productivity.

  1. Establish and maintain a centralized knowledge base using Notion and potentially HubSpot to improve information accessibility and team collaboration.
  2. Identify and implement AI-driven solutions across platforms to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  3. Utilize no-code and low-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Airtable) to create seamless integrations and custom workflows that streamline operations.
  4. Analyze current workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies; design and implement improved processes to boost productivity and reduce errors.
  5. Set up and manage dashboards, databases, and analytics tools that enable teams to track project progress, manage resources, and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Provide training and ongoing support to team members on using Notion, HubSpot, Zapier, Asana, and other integrated tools, ensuring proficiency and confidence in utilizing these systems.
