Job Title: Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Expert to join our finance team in Pasig. The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and a proactive mindset to drive financial integrity and decision-making across the business.

About the Role:
  • End-to-end accounting, including review of transactions, proper tax application, journal entries, month-end closing, reconciliations, variance analysis, and preparation of reports.
  • Ensure compliance with finance policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage compliance tasks related to taxation, business permits, LGU, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and DOLE.
  • Coordinate with tax accountants, ensure accuracy of taxes, timely filing and payment.
  • Oversee payroll and Accounts Payable processes.
  • Review AP & Payroll Specialist work, including AP transactions, payments, payroll, journal entries, etc.
  • Serve as backup for the AP & Payroll Specialist.
  • Fixed Assets management.
  • Maintain effective and timely manual filing of finance and payroll documents.
  • Maintain Service Invoice booklet for revenue.
  • Provide assistance during external and BIR audits.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
  • Experience with BIR audit, payroll processing, Xero, and Sprout payroll systems is advantageous.
