Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

This role oversees the daily accounting activities required to maintain the company's financial records and provides timely financial information for management decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and lead the implementation of best accounting practices and ensure standard processes are being complied with.
  • Supervise and direct the work of accounting personnel including accounts payable transactions, management reports, account reconciliations, and inventory reports.
  • Develop and implement sound accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting standards.
  • Analyze performance data and assist in establishing individual performance goals for accounting personnel.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
