Facilities Engineer Position Available

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Engineer to manage the efficient operation of assigned cold storage facilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections of machines and equipment, implement preventive maintenance, and undertake corrective or emergency maintenance works to ensure customer satisfaction and operating cost efficiencies.

  • Assign as facility Pollution Control Officer and ensure compliance with government regulations.

  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing standards and procedures and ensuring compliance with government regulations.

  • Handle security, housekeeping, and maintenance services.

  • Enhance property value through projects and building development.

  • Perform internal and external facilities and operations audits.

  • Prepare and review plans, estimates, and scope of work for various projects.

  • Monitor construction or renovation works and ensure guidelines are implemented.

  • Provide regular status updates to Operations Manager and Facilities Area Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Licensed Mechanical Engineer
  • At least 2 years' experience in property management
  • Familiarity with warehouse logistics or logistics operations is beneficial
  • A resident of Mabalacat, Pampanga, or nearby areas
  • Willingness to work weekends and public holidays, and on-call
