Checker

1. Load or unload goods while it is being received or when it is being dispatched.

2. Verifies quantity, condition, and type of goods received against the delivery receipt.

3. Ensures that FIFO method is observed.

4. Used tally sheet in receiving and dispatching the products. Sees to it that products are weigh and conducts physical count before bringing them for storage or for releasing such to customers.

5. Responsible for blasting, storing, racking of goods and other services offered by the cold storage.

6. Examines product boxes and compare with invoices or orders to verify accuracy of incoming shipments.

7. Documents all products received and withdrawn using appropriate forms.

8. Regularly check the condition of products inside the storage.

9. Communicates with the head checker to assist in rectifying problems such as damages, shortages, and product returns.

10. Move products to storage areas using equipment (ex. Jack Pallet)

11. Clean up equipments, storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

12. Observe CAYGO Policy

13. Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate superior form time to time.

SHEQ Responsibilities

1. Ensure all incidents are reported and ensure corrective and preventive action plans within his/her control are closed in coordination with the site Safety Lead.

2. Leads & follows Site Safety Rules and Regulation. Observe to own safety responsibility while delivering the task inside the Plant premises and ensure to have proper PPE's such as Safety Vest, safety shoes at any given time.
