About the Job

eClerx Philippines, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled CRM Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support customer acquisition, retention, and increased performance of our CRM channels.

The ideal candidate will have experience with enterprise-level CRM applications, including Klaviyo, Attentive, and Dynamic Yield. You will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to support customer acquisition, retention, and increased performance of our CRM channels.
  • Providing weekly/monthly reporting, analysis, and recommendations for A/B testing, personalization, segmentation, and other strategies.
  • Overseeing day-to-day CRM campaign workflows, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, strategy implementation, and timely deployment.
  • Project managing CRM program updates, maintenance, troubleshooting, and new initiatives.
Key Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in CRM program management and email marketing.
  • Experience with enterprise-level CRM applications.
  • Strong project management skills and experience with project management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
