We're looking for someone motivated by growth, excited about details, and able to connect them to our goals.

This role involves driving growth across our top of funnel marketing function, serving as an inside sales representative, and working cross-functionally with clinical, marketing, and engineering teams.

Main responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients and handle questioning and feedback
  • Convert patients by enrolling them in our program, navigate financial and subscription plan conversations, and ensure a smooth scalable patient enrollment process
  • Insurance enrollment and credentialing, handling inbound non-clinical support and enrollment inquiries, and working with clinical staff and referring physician offices to improve operational processes

We look for 2+ years of experience in an inside sales B2C role, strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, highly collaborative and excellent written and oral communication skills, and an inherent growth mindset.
