Key Responsibilities:

  • User Experience: Ensure the platform is user-friendly, responsive, and accessible across various devices.
  • Platform Performance: Perform regular testing and debugging to maintain a high level of performance and security.
  • Scalability and Reliability: Optimize the platform for scalability and reliability.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the platform.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure the platform meets business requirements and user needs.
