Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production Coordinator to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with creative teams to manage client production schedules and ensure timely completion of work.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to clients and senior management.
  • Collaborate with Quality Specialists to meet design quality and brand guidelines.
  • Review sentiment analysis and ticket feedback ratings from customers.
  • Identify Design Time for all requests assigned to the team.

  • Possesses a passion for delivering high-quality creative solutions.
  • Has in-depth knowledge of the creative development and production process to fulfill creative briefs.
  • Is able to coordinate multiple projects concurrently with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exhibits strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Is proficient in project and relationship management.
Requirements
  • Practical understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Acrobat).
  • Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
  • Experience with project management platforms and ticket management tools.
  • Business-level English and ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
