Job Description

The Contract Analyst plays a crucial role in managing contracts for multiple projects at DATEM Incorporated. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, implementing, and reviewing contracts to ensure they meet client requirements.
  • Fostering best practices across various project teams.
  • Maintaining updated records of contract changes and communicating them effectively.
  • Providing expert guidance to key stakeholders on contract-related matters.
  • Ensuring proper contract administration and adherence to contractual conditions.
  • Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Handling arbitration and litigation as necessary.

Educational Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field is essential.
  • Professional License is an advantageous qualification.

Work Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience working in the construction industry, preferably in contracts or commercial departments.
  • Advanced planning and project management skills are highly valued.
  • Proficiency in CIAP Document 102 and FIDIC is required.
  • Familiarity with the Civil Code of the Philippines is beneficial.
  • Ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Capacity to read and understand intricate construction drawings.
  • Strong understanding of legal implications in construction projects.
  • Strong fundamentals in legislations and calculations.
  • Demonstrate expertise in performing commercial and contractual obligations.
