">Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee accounts payable activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial records through proper maintenance of the general ledger.
  • Develop and implement standardized financial workflows, processes, and internal controls to enhance accuracy and compliance.
  • Participate in month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and preparation of comprehensive financial reports for stakeholders.
  • Conduct detailed budget-to-actual analyses, collaborate with stakeholders to address discrepancies, and provide actionable insights.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations and thorough reviews of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
  • Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts to inform strategic financial planning and decision-making.
  • Supervise revenue and expense processes, guaranteeing the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
  • Ensure adherence to US GAAP standards in all accounting practices.
  • Assist in meeting tax obligations by preparing necessary records for quarterly and annual tax filings and collaborating with tax professionals.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile transactions and track financial performance metrics regularly.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and other relevant accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP principles; CPA certification is an added advantage.
  • Experience managing end-to-end accounting activities and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote setup.
  • Experience in tax compliance and preparation is a significant plus.
  • Full proficiency in English language.
  • Ability to work within U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time).
