Accounts Receivable and Collections Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable and Collections Expert to join our team. This role is responsible for managing our company's finances by ensuring timely collections and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage accounts receivable using QuickBooks to track payment records and ensure efficient collection processes.
  2. Reconcile and apply incoming payments accurately within the system.
  3. Follow up on overdue invoices and resolve any payment disputes with clients in a professional manner.
  4. Prepare and issue invoices, credit memos, and account statements to maintain transparent communication.
  5. Analyze reports related to accounts receivable and collection efforts to identify areas for improvement.
  6. Collaborate with the finance team to implement effective collection techniques and improve overall compliance.
  7. Maintain accurate documentation related to accounts receivable activities to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and collections.
  • Expertise in QuickBooks is essential for this role.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required for accurate financial record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective client interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently is crucial for success in this position.
