Key Responsibilities

  • Accounting Software Management: Organize and manage financial data using QuickBooks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile bills and invoices with accounts payable records, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies as needed.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist with generating financial reports, statements, and summaries as requested by management or clients.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with high attention to detail.
