Business Development Representative

This is a key role for someone who can generate new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective clients in the Australian market.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct cold calling campaigns to find new business prospects.
  • Research and identify potential clients in the disability services sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to convert leads into active service participants.
  • Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular activity reports.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the healthcare or disability services sector preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools is necessary.
  • A self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently is required.
  • Professional phone manner and presentation are important.
  • Experience in a B2B sales environment is beneficial.
  • Fluent English language skills are mandatory.

This is a full-time remote position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Australian market.
