Accounting Manager Job Description

At GRJ JARO ENTERPRISE INC., we are seeking an exceptional Accounting Manager to lead our general accounting functions.

  • Develop and maintain strategies to minimize financial risk.
  • Manage and oversee the general accounting functions, including supervising the general ledger accounting functions.
  • Work with internal and external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and year-end report.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory compliance.
  • Hiring, training, and motivating accounting staff members while supervising and delegating department tasks.
  • Analyzing financial data and creating reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties.
  • Ensuring companies' financial wellbeing by tracking revenue and expenses, consolidating and analyzing financial data, preparing special reports, maintaining internal controls and other best practices, and reporting activity to internal and external customers.
  • Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed.
  • Create financial reports based on data analysis.
  • Prepares strategic planning and annual budget of the Accounting Department.
  • Performs other functions delegated by the President, Board of Directors and Consultant/s.
