We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Expert to join our team.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring demands.
- Foster a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Strong ability to partner with business leaders and translate hiring needs into effective sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
