Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Administrative Coordinator to manage our daily administrative tasks.

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite, and possess experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative assistance.

  • Responsibilities include overseeing clerical tasks such as processing, sorting, and routing incoming and outgoing mail.

  • Providing outstanding customer service and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills is essential.

  • Additionally, the successful candidate will sort and distribute vendor invoices to the billing and accounts payable departments as necessary.

  • Manage and take action to reduce accounts receivable aging.

  • Assist with administrative duties.

  • Create and update records, ensuring accuracy and validity of information.

The successful candidate will have a college degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, and 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. They will also have excellent language proficiency in English and be able to work U.S. EST hours (graveyard shift in PH time).
