Our client is seeking a Product Manager to bridge R&D teams and global stakeholders while reporting directly to the CTO. This role blends product management with technical writing, training content, and knowledge sharing. You’ll create clear documentation, engaging training materials, and client-facing resources that make complex innovations accessible.

In a fast-paced international environment, your communication skills, design sensibility, and proactive approach will help shape products and ensure our healthcare solutions have real-world impact.

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of US$ 12.9 per hour in the applicant’s local currency

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40h per week.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm UTC + 2 / Israel

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

• Create comprehensive technical documentation, training programs, and materials for new features and product updates.
• Manage and continuously improve the company’s knowledge base and help center to optimize user experience.
• Design visually compelling one-pagers, client-facing documentation, and presentations using tools like Figma.
• Coordinate with international marketing teams to ensure consistent product messaging across markets.
• Gather and translate user feedback into actionable product requirements.
• Facilitate communication between R&D, operations, and logistics regarding product changes and implementations.
• Support product launches with engaging training resources and materials.

• Proven experience in product management within high-tech companies, with digital health experience highly preferred
• Exceptional English communication skills combined with strong aesthetic abilities for creating visually appealing documents
• Background in instructional design and expertise in developing effective training materials and programs
• Proficiency with Figma and similar design/documentation tools for creating professional presentations
• Demonstrated ability as a fast learner with an assertive, proactive work style that thrives in dynamic environments
• Strong capability to work independently and take initiative without waiting for detailed direction
• Experience collaborating with R&D teams and deep understanding of technical development processes
• Outstanding cross-functional communication skills for managing relationships with diverse international stakeholders
