Financial Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate is a proactive and independent professional with a strong understanding of accounting principles and a passion for maintaining precise financial operations.
This role involves managing the organization's day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage all aspects of AP and AR, including processing vendor invoices, generating customer invoices, and overseeing collections.
- Reconciliations: Perform regular bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Month-End Close: Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing journal entries, accruals, and financial statements.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of key financial reports, such as the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statement.
- Payroll Support: Assist with the processing of payroll, ensuring all data is accurate and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Data Management: Maintain the integrity of financial data within our accounting software and other systems.
