Store Revitalization Specialist

Take complete ownership of a well-established e-commerce store and drive its return to peak performance. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to revitalize an existing operation, optimize listings, and execute strategies that directly impact business growth.

Our e-commerce operations include Amazon, Walmart, and a Shopify website. If hired full-time, once tasks for the store are complete, you'll also work on tasks related to the other platforms. This is a results-driven environment where your e-commerce skills can truly shine and make a measurable difference in business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take complete ownership of store operations with full autonomy and minimal oversight
  • Optimize product listings including crafting compelling titles, descriptions, and bullet points that drive conversions
  • Conduct strategic competitor research and pricing analysis to maintain competitive market positioning
  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly handling inquiries and messages through the platform
  • Execute advanced listing optimization techniques to maximize product visibility and search rankings
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure all product information remains current and accurate
  • Create engaging product descriptions and basic graphics to enhance listing appeal
  • Implement targeted marketing strategies specifically designed for the store and other platforms
  • Monitor store performance metrics and proactively implement improvements to drive revenue recovery
  • Collaborate with the business owner on strategic initiatives while maintaining day-to-day operational independence
Requirements:
  • Proven track record managing e-commerce stores with demonstrated results
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce platform operations, best practices, and optimization techniques
  • Expertise in listing optimization, SEO principles, and conversion rate optimization
  • Strong experience with competitor research, market analysis, and dynamic pricing strategies
  • Excellent written communication skills with a customer service mindset
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high performance standards
  • Proficiency in basic graphic design tools or strong willingness to learn and develop these skills
  • Solid understanding of inventory management processes and systems
  • Familiarity with e-commerce analytics, performance metrics, and data-driven decision making
  • Experience working in global markets and collaborating with international business owners
