Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Global Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives business growth and engagement across global markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and roll-out a solid social media strategy, with strong content planning and storytelling frameworks on organic global social channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
  • Lead the planning of global social media calendars, ensuring a consumer-first and data-driven approach
  • Lead daily social operations across global social platforms ensuring timely content posting and fostering effective engagement with followers
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced environment or global context and preferably with managerial experience
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • A performance-driven attitude with a hunger and thirst for results
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • A high degree of professionalism, work ethic, judgement and keen attention to detail
  • Familiarity with trends and best practices in social media, digital marketing, and content creation
  • Strong proficiency in video-editing software such as Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro/CapCut
  • Comfortable being in front of the camera
