Role Overview:

The Treasury Operations Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day activities of our treasury department. This includes assisting with bank account management, documentation, and other administrative tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Fill out bank forms and documents for bank account management and other banking requirements.
  • Prepare and route processed documents for signature and approval.
  • Assist in receiving APVs transmitted by Spend Accounting Dept. and distribute to Disbursement processors.
  • Support in recording and preparing daily/monthly reports for all received APVs.
  • Back up in payment processing as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year experience in office administration, preferably in banking industry
  • Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
