Administrative Staff Member

Role Overview:
The Treasury Operations Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day activities of our treasury department. This includes assisting with bank account management, documentation, and other administrative tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Fill out bank forms and documents for bank account management and other banking requirements.
- Prepare and route processed documents for signature and approval.
- Assist in receiving APVs transmitted by Spend Accounting Dept. and distribute to Disbursement processors.
- Support in recording and preparing daily/monthly reports for all received APVs.
- Back up in payment processing as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year experience in office administration, preferably in banking industry
- Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
