Job Summary

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for establishing connections with potential clients, evaluating leads, and arranging sales appointments for our sales team. The primary objective is to produce high-quality leads and ensure seamless communication between prospects and our sales executives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contacting potential clients through cold calling, email, or social media outreach.
  • Evaluating leads and scheduling sales appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintaining an accurate database with prospect information.
  • Following up with potential clients to confirm meetings and address initial inquiries.
  • Collaborating with sales executives to ensure a smooth handoff of prospects.
  • Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
  • Familiarizing themselves with company products and services.
  • Generating leads through research.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or relevant courses.
  • Proven experience in BPO, Telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle objections and build rapport with potential clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Passion for sports, cycling, or outdoor activities is a bonus
