Job Details

The role requires a commitment to the following:

  • A 12-month short-term contract position.
  • Two months of onsite training in our office followed by work-from-home arrangement after requirements are met.
  • Must be physically based in Metro Manila, Cavite, Bulacan, Laguna, or Rizal during employment.
  • A five-day work week with weekends and flexible holidays.
  • A nine-hour/day schedule inclusive of lunch break.
  • Operations are 24/7 – shifting, rotating, and night shifts may be required.
  • Internet Connectivity: maintain a minimum speed of 200 Mbps or better, and at least 100 GB of data from a reliable provider.

Our team seeks dedicated, hardworking, analytical candidates with a proven track record of performance and results-oriented thinking for the Seller Experience Protection Operations Team. Responsibilities include investigation and elimination of online e-commerce risk. Ideal applicants have experience in e-commerce payments, trust and safety, and customer-focused workplaces.

Key Job Responsibilities

The Investigation Associate position relies on excellent judgment to plan and accomplish goals under limited manager supervision. Individual problem-solving and analytical skills authenticate customers and complex transactions with high accuracy.

Engagement with team members, department management, company associates, and third-party vendors is essential to accomplish goals.

Productivity and quality assurance are evaluated along with contributions to the department's development.
