Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the human resources function
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expenses
  • Facilitate employee training and needs assessments
  • Monitor and track finance reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, office administration, or related field
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
