Administrative Specialist for Sales Agreements

The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of the business are performed effectively and efficiently. This includes providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Review, negotiate, and amend standard contract changes;
- Assist with managing contracts registers to assist Sales teams actively manage upcoming expiries;
- Maintain register of precedents of negotiated terms for future tender and contracts use;
- Assist with the preparation and communication of contract summaries of new Master Agreements outlining Canon's key contractual commitments;
- Assist Contracts Managers to manage stakeholder inputs and ensure contracts are closed in line with sales priorities using all available tools;
- Manage the novation/assignment of customer contracts;
- Assist with reporting and analysis;
- Execute systems and procedures including contract sign-off according to Canon delegation of authority policy;
- Suggest and implement continual improvement to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction;
- Respond to queries from internal stakeholders and external customers;
- Escalate customer issues and more complex contract interpretation questions as required.
