Sales Administration/Customer Relation

Job Summary
The Sales Admin/CRM will be building connections with clients under the help of account officers for the purpose of better/easier collection. He/she will help coordinate with AOs to contact/collect by all means prior to endorsing to the collection department. Aside from this, this role will be responsible for generating reports (more on consolidation and analysis) to show to the management for understanding of the said matters.
CRM- Working with AOs to maintain the connection and relationship with YFP.
- Visit clients on a quarterly basis to show concern from YFP.
- Generating reports regarding client status, payment behavior, business, etc.
- Pre-collection/collection via phone call reminders.
- Identify possible delinquent accounts and propose counter-measures.
- Day-to-day sales operation related tasks (documentation, booking assistance, etc).
- Analysis and consolidation of sales raw data.
- Cross-functional department communication regarding sales-related matters.
- Organize meetings based on schedule (internal & external).
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as Sales Admin/Marketing Assistant/Tele Collector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Ability to analyze financial data and assess client payment capabilities.
- Knowledge of credit and collection processes, financial agreements, and legal frameworks.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple accounts and administrative tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings if necessary.
