About This Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Paid Media Specialist to collaborate on paid media strategies and campaign budget recommendations. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with proven experience in media planning/buying, campaign management, and digital ad operations — with an emphasis on paid social, search, programmatic, and video campaigns.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day trafficking and execution of digital ad campaigns, and overseeing campaign pacing and performance tracking.

The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in campaign management tools, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members.

  • Experience in senior level campaign management, with a focus on paid social, search, and programmatic campaign management.
  • Demonstrated experience in audience research, media planning, and buying, with the ability to develop cross-channel strategies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
