Administrative Professional

A career opportunity exists for a highly skilled and organized administrative professional to support the President/Board Chairman.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in administration, with a strong background in office administration, financial management, or marketing. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and travels on behalf of the President/Board Chairman.
  • Organize agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up items to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Draft, screen, and respond to communications as required.
  • Compile operational and executive reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between the President/Board Chairman and executives, employees, clients, or board members.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the President/Board Chairman.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Management, Marketing, Office Administration, Financial Management or equivalent.
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of related experience.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to multi-task, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good computer literacy including solid working knowledge of MS Word.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, with strong time management skills, and resourcefulness.
  • Able to work productively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and discretion with confidential information.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City.

Manila, Pasig, Mandaluyong, Makati, Taguig, Quezon City, and other areas in the National Capital Region may also be considered for related opportunities.
