NetSuite Project Manager Job Description

As a seasoned NetSuite Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of NetSuite implementation and optimization projects. Your expertise in project management and NetSuite functionalities will enable you to effectively manage client expectations and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria through collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand client business requirements and translate them into tailored NetSuite solutions.
  • Lead multiple NetSuite projects concurrently from initiation to closure.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading NetSuite implementations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing at least 3 full lifecycle NetSuite implementations.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite modules and functionalities (ERP, CRM, SuiteCommerce, OneWorld, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is advantageous.
  • NetSuite Administrator or Consultant certification is highly beneficial.
