Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee quality assurance activities for our food manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and a deep understanding of industry regulations, including GMP, HACCP, ISO, and food safety standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all quality control processes are compliant with relevant regulations and that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure that all quality control processes are operating effectively.
  • Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to identify and address any quality issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control procedures and protocols.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. chemical engineering, chemistry).
  • At least 2 years of experience in quality control or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations, including GMP, HACCP, ISO, and food safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters degree in a related field.
  • Experience in a supervisory or management role.
