Job Title: Research Associate

The main goal of this role is to assist the Research Head in overseeing commissioned research projects. This position involves working closely with the operations team to ensure seamless project implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the operations team for excellent project execution
  • Prepare and manage project documents, including fieldwork materials and coordination with the Operations team
  • Review and validate tabulated data for accuracy and completeness
  • Develop research reports, incorporating data preparation and analytical research findings
  • Support research and data analysis to aid the manager's oversight of Research projects
  • Prepare documentation for meetings, consultations, and other activities

Required Qualifications:

  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Able to comprehend consumer behavior and market trends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Technically inclined, capable of working independently or as part of a group
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
