Job Title

The Customer Success Team Lead will oversee strategic client engagements and lead the development of tailored solutions in conjunction with regional teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure project profitability and operational excellence.
  • Maintain strong relationships to drive client satisfaction metrics such as Net Promoter Score.
  • Partner with sales teams to identify cross sell opportunities and shape research solutions.
  • Lead strategic research engagements across multiple markets and sectors.
  • Synthesize insights into strategic recommendations and presentations.
  • Mentor and develop team members.
  • Champion innovation in research design and storytelling.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization in client meetings, workshops, and industry forums.

Team Coordination & Regional Collaboration:

  • Support day-to-day coordination and development of team members based on regional expertise.
  • Foster a collaborative working environment across locations, encouraging knowledge sharing and alignment with regional initiatives.
  • Support the development of regional expertise through project leadership, training, and best practice sharing.
  • Help coordinate research delivery across regional markets.

    Requirements:

    • 7–12 years of experience in market research or consulting.
    • Excellent leadership and mentoring capabilities.
    • Deep expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research.
    • Proven ability to lead strategic client engagements.
    • Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
    • Curiosity and a proactive approach to learning and mentoring.
    • Experience with advanced analytics and insight generation.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and globally.
    • Innovative mindset and commercial acumen.
