As a UX Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and project execution between teams and clients. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate UX tasks internally and with clients, guaranteeing that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate UX tasks and updates with internal teams and clients
  • Transform project discussions into actionable tasks
  • Keep clients informed about task progress and any potential blockers
  • Coordinate task schedules and budgets with assignees
  • Create and assign ClickUp tasks to team members
  • Evaluate design requirements and ensure they meet the necessary standards
  • Maintain Figma files, ensuring approved designs are updated in client files
  • Assist in delivering designs to clients via Loom or other suitable methods

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience managing or coordinating web or mobile projects
  • General understanding of UI/UX Design and software development processes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in using Figma for file management, page organization, and account administration
  • A proactive approach to improving existing processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • A keen eye for detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in ClickUp and Figma
  • Experience in managing or coordinating UI/UX projects
