Key Responsibilities of a Principal Reporting Analyst

The principal reporting analyst will play a pivotal role in generating and analyzing operations and financial reporting, providing recommendations to enhance business evaluation, process development, and report generation.

Core Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with finance, machine learning, OPE MTO, and quality teams to translate business strategies into forecasting parameters and scenarios.
  • Conduct data querying, cleaning, and organization to bolster forecasting efforts.
  • Create and maintain forecasting dashboards and reports for effortless data visualization and interpretation.
  • Oversee the management of forecasting tools, including Snowflake tables and Sigma reports, used by the team.
  • Customize forecasting tools to meet specific team needs.
  • Data integrity and dashboard maintenance.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong SQL coding and query skills.
  • Experience with Mode preferred but not required.
  • 5+ years call center or outsourcing experience.
  • Reporting experience.
  • Advanced skill in Excel and other MS Office applications.
