Account Executive Job Description

As an Account Executive - SMB at Sinch, you'll play a pivotal role in driving new business within the small to medium-sized business (SMB) sector. You'll be expected to identify and nurture potential customer relationships, engaging potential clients through effective communication strategies including calls, emails, and product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the SMB sector
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Work closely with internal teams to enhance our offerings and guarantee a smooth transition for prospects as they become valued customers
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the tech sector
  • Strong understanding of the SMB landscape
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a pipeline and forecast sales
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
