ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is seeking a Paid Search Marketing Manager with proven Fluency platform expertise to lead high-performing campaigns for national and multi-location brands. If you're a pay-per-click (PPC) professional who knows how to leverage Fluency for optimization, automation, and reporting, we want to talk.

WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mountain Daylight Time (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns in Fluency
  • Deliver data-driven strategies that maximize return of investment (ROI) for direct-response campaigns
  • Lead reporting and insights for client meetings and quarterly business reviews
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PPC insights into broader strategies

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor's degree in the related field
  • Strong track record in direct-response, performance marketing
  • Proficiency in Fluency (non-negotiable)
  • 4+ years PPC experience (Google Ads and Microsoft Ads)
  • Advanced Excel skills and analytical expertise
  • Experience in a multi-client environment
  • Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
