Sales and Customer Service Representative

  • Engage with store customers to identify their needs and offer personalized recommendations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and answer questions about product specifications.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions.
  • Respond promptly, accurately, and professionally to customer inquiries.
  • Stay informed about online marketing trends and competitors.
  • Expand customer reach across different social media forums.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to sales and marketing teams as needed.
About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional who can provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to promote products.

  • A bachelor's degree from any reputable institution is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM and good chat etiquette.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends.
  • Willingness to be assigned to different branches across the Greater Manila Area.
