Security Surveillance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and vigilant individual to fill this key position. This role is vital in ensuring the safety and security of our store.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor Security Cameras: Continuously monitor multiple surveillance cameras to identify and respond to potential security threats, suspicious activity, or incidents
  • Customer Check-in and Check-out: Observe customer behavior during the check-in and check-out process to deter theft and fraud
  • Incident Reporting: Document and report any incidents, suspicious activity, or security breaches to appropriate personnel
  • Alert Response: Respond promptly to alarms, alerts, or emergency situations as needed
  • Maintain Security Logs: Keep accurate and detailed logs of all activities, incidents, and observations
  • Collaborate with Security Team: Work closely with the security team to maintain a secure environment and coordinate security efforts

This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
