We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our team in achieving project goals.

Job Description

As a key member of our global team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion and delivery of results.

  • Support internal project planning and execution by coordinating appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and other tasks as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations, and documents.
  • Providing proactive communication, timely email responses, and coordinating follow-up tasks.
  • Organizing and coordinating internal meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action item follow-up.
  • Maintaining contact lists, scheduling client meetings, and preparing client reports.
  • Assisting in content creation and editing for various platforms.
  • Compiling and analyzing data for internal reports and presentations.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the life sciences industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
