Role: GenAI Multimedia Designer

We're seeking an experienced GenAI Integrated Designer who will utilize the Pencil platform to deliver high-quality, high-performing ads to clients. The ideal candidate will possess deep experience with GenAI tools and be able to inspire a team with creative solutions on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing innovative designs for client channels while demonstrating GenAl capabilities within a systematic GenAI delivery process.
  • Utilizing motion animation skills to create dynamic and engaging visuals, enhancing the overall effectiveness and appeal of creative outputs.
  • Intervening in developing, generating, or manually retouching outputs to meet quality standards across briefs.
  • Developing a deep understanding of target audiences and client marketing strategies to deliver high-quality results that have an instant, positive impact on consumers.
  • Pitching creative solutions in response to marketing strategies.

Our ideal candidate has a passion for design and conception, a minimum 4 years of relevant experience with digital agencies, and a deep affinity with layout, typography, animation, and idea-generation.

The successful candidate will oversee the full design lifecycle from concept to execution, employing expertise in photo manipulation and working closely with clients during kick-off.
