We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Creative Specialist to spearhead the development and execution of captivating visual content for automotive clients.
The ideal candidate will possess agency-level experience, a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, proven design skills essential for creating visually appealing content, exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively, a team-oriented mindset with the ability to contribute fresh perspectives, and clear and effective articulation of ideas and insights.
Responsibilities:
- Idea Generation & Content Creation: Develop and execute compelling social media content, including graphic design and vertical short-form videos that align with client goals.
- Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with client account management and fellow designers to bring briefs to life and ensure content meets strategic objectives.
- Marketing Planning: Assist in planning and implementing marketing strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Event & Shoot Support: Provide support in planning and executing content shoots.
- Innovation & Performance Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, analyze campaign performance, and use data-driven insights to guide future work.
