Video Editor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Video Editor to create compelling content for social media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative videos using CapCut.
  • Test and train on AI video editing tools to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Edit video ads for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, optimizing each video for its platform.
  • Produce engaging content that captivates viewers within seconds.
  • Integrate internal footage with stock footage for a cohesive narrative.
  • Implement text overlays and animations to enhance the message.
  • Select music tracks that resonate with the video's messaging.
  • Understand and implement video techniques that resonate with the target customer.
  • Work closely with marketing and content teams to align on campaign objectives.

The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their best video edits, demonstrating their ability to visually tell a story.

Requirements:

  • A strong portfolio of video edits for social media and/or documentaries.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with video editing software like CapCut.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
