We are a dynamic organization dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our patients. As a Human Resources Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions, aligning with our organizational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement onboarding processes, training programs, and orientation sessions to ensure seamless integration of new employees.
  • Maintain and generate HR-related reports and metrics to support informed decision-making.
  • Foster a culture of engagement, service excellence, and high performance by promoting employee development and well-being.
  • Address Independent Contractor concerns in a timely manner while ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Support initiatives that improve retention, promote Independent Contractor well-being, and enhance workplace safety.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, driving growth and success.
  • Monitor and assess HR team productivity, providing feedback and coaching as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources or at least 2 years in a supervisory HR role with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and labor law compliance.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
