Marketing Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging marketing materials, including digital assets, print collateral, presentations, infographics, and promotional items.

Your primary objective will be to design and develop high-quality visual content that effectively communicates our brand message and resonates with our target audience. This includes creating compelling presentation decks for internal and external use, developing visual content for social media platforms, and designing website elements, landing pages, and email templates in alignment with our brand guidelines.

You will also collaborate with the product team on UI elements for our platform, support integrated marketing campaigns with campaign-specific creatives aligned with branding, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines and support brand evolution.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to stay updated on design trends and continuously improve creative processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing design with a strong portfolio across print and digital media.
  • Proven team lead experience in a creative or marketing setting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong background in social media marketing and recent experience designing for various platforms.
  • Understanding of print production processes and requirements.
  • Knowledge of web design principles and familiarity with HTML/CSS.
  • Experience creating responsive email designs and templates.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI design fundamentals.
Preferred Skills

The following skills are highly desirable:

  • Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or wellness industries.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices.
  • Experience managing or working on WordPress websites.
  • Experience with off-page SEO strategies.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and print production processes.
  • Passion for health and wellness and ability to visualize complex health concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills.
