Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to manage project estimates and RFPs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform detailed takeoffs based on drawings and specifications
  • Manage Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and ensure timely and accurate responses
  • Assemble comprehensive estimates for each project with precision and attention to detail
  • Incorporate updates and changes based on revised drawings and project requirements
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently while ensuring high-quality work and meeting deadlines

The ideal candidate will have:

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an estimator or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of construction methods and procedures
  • Proficiency in handling multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with project management tools and software, including estimating and bidding systems

This is a mid-senior level, full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and development.
