Job Opportunity

This is an entry-level position responsible for printing various materials. The ideal candidate will have basic math, reading, writing, and computer skills.

Responsibilities
  • Operate a screen print machine to produce high-quality prints
  • Mix inks according to the recipe
  • Set up production screens and plates, ensuring accurate alignment and placement
  • Solve printing problems efficiently
  • May manually apply prints to products
  • Maintain production records accurately

Detect color variations to ensure print integrity

Work closely with supervisors on daily needs and assignments

Perform general housekeeping duties for products and assigned areas

Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years work experience preferred, preferably in a fast-paced production environment
  • Basic math, reading, writing, and computer skills required
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with team members
  • Stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements for a minimum of 8 hours per day
  • Lift/move/push/pull items up to 50 lbs. alone (or occasionally lift up to 100 lbs. with two people)
  • Operate a pallet jack containing up to 2,500 lbs.
