Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Resident Engineer for Assembly in MEMS Sensors.

This role involves collaborating with local teams at one of the largest assembly partners, focusing on developing and characterizing new optical MEMS device packages.

  • Selecting and qualifying suppliers for subcontracts, equipment, and raw materials is a key responsibility.
  • Closely cooperating with equipment suppliers to enhance existing or develop new machines is also essential.
  • The successful candidate will develop and qualify new assembly processes and materials for mass production.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in material science, physics, chemistry, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or material science is required.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sensor and/or package development, preferably 7 years, is necessary.
  • Familiarity with EOL assemble handling, BGA, QFN, LGA, MEMS packages, FOL, EOL assembly, FMEA, SPC, and 8D is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and strong problem-solving skills are also expected.
