As a Tester Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our technology products. Based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, this full-time position that will challenge you to apply your expertise in software testing and quality assurance to drive our continuous innovation.

What you'll be doing

  • Compliance Officer for minimal checking of NTC, FDA, DOE, DTI-BPS.
  • Good Knowledge of legal requirements/In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage the certification process to ensure all devices met Philippine regulatory standards for market entry.
  • Handled local operators or carriers tech concern and issues.
  • Analyzing type approval requirements based on specifications from local operators and ensure successful completion of testing procedures.
  • Develop and execute test cases to match operator-specific network configurations, ensuring optimal performance of smartphones, tablets, FWA devices, and routers.
  • Deliver technical support to clients by promptly addressing issues related to smartphones, tablets, FWA, and routers.
  • Foster strong client relationships to build trust and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications: (Work Experience, Years of experience, Communication Skills, Technical Skills)

What we're looking for

  • Relevant degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience preferably in the Technology industry.
  • Proficient in manual and automated testing techniques, including the use of test management and defect tracking tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing.
