  • Ensure timely and seamless execution of campaigns and projects.
  • Foster a deep understanding of client brands and their markets.
  • Prioritize resources effectively, keeping the Account Director and relevant teams informed of progress and updates.
  • Manage customer satisfaction evaluations aiming for a 90% satisfaction rating or higher.
